The GEL-KAYANO® 14 RE sneaker is designed for quick treks in urban environments. For the upper, we took inspiration from the TRABUCO™ 8 sneaker’s ASICS Stripes and laces. Additional features like the rip-stop mesh, pull tabs, and speckled midsole also add to its utility influences. Rounding out the design is the outdoor inspired tooling that’s rendered with a speckled midsole. It’s an homage to our performance running heritage but reworked with a more urban aesthetic.
